About MatesBot
MatesBot gives companies AI teammates with their own computer, memory, and routines. MatesBot is a hosted service: a company signs up with a work email, and an Owner Bot sets up departments, each led by a named AI teammate. The marketing site is matesbot.com and the app is my.matesbot.com.

Why AI teammates
Owners and team leads at small and mid-sized companies lose hours to repetitive work across email, browsers, spreadsheets, and web tools. Chat assistants can explain how to do that work. MatesBot teammates do it themselves: each one has its own computer, memory, and schedule, finishes tasks in your real tools while you are away, and asks you only when it matters.
What we believe
- Real work beats chat: teammates should finish the job, not describe it.
- Quiet is a feature: you should hear from a teammate only when it matters.
- You stay in control: approvals, take-over, and secrets the model never sees.
- Honesty: our teammates are AI, and we say so.
We use it ourselves
