Schedule work for your AI teammate in plain language
A routine is a name plus plain-language instructions that a teammate runs on a schedule or when something happens. There are no flowcharts to build. Background runs stay quiet, and you hear from the teammate only when there is a real result or a question.

Write a routine the way you would brief a colleague: "Every weekday at 7am, check the shared inbox, draft replies to new questions, and send me a list of anything urgent." The teammate reads the instructions each time it runs and uses its computer, memory, and connected apps to do the job.
Schedules can be every day, weekdays, weekly, monthly, an interval, advanced (cron), or a one-time run at a set time. Routines can also start from a webhook URL or a GitHub event.
You can also create routines straight from chat. Say "remind me in 10 minutes" or "every morning at 8, send me a summary of yesterday's orders" and the teammate sets it up.

How it works
- 1
Name the routine
Give it a short name you will recognize in the list, such as "Morning order report".
- 2
Write the instructions
Describe the job in plain language, including where to look and what to send back.
- 3
Pick a schedule or trigger
Daily, weekdays, weekly, monthly, an interval, cron, one time, or a webhook URL or GitHub event.
- 4
Set the time zone and test it
Choose the time zone, then press test run to see the result before it goes live.
- 5
Let it run
Pause it anytime and check run history to see what happened on each run.
Example tasks
- Every weekday at 7am: triage the support inbox and draft replies.
- Every Monday at 9am: build last week's sales sheet and a line chart.
- On the 1st of each month: send payment reminders for unpaid invoices.
- Every 2 hours: check a supplier portal for new orders.
- When a webhook fires: read the new form entry and add it to the lead list.
- Once, Friday at 4pm: remind me to approve the newsletter draft.
What stays in your control
- Pause, test run, and run history for every routine.
- A time zone per routine, so 7am means your 7am.
- Background runs stay quiet. You get a ping only for a real result or a question.
- Approval rules still apply during routines, such as "Ask before sending external email".
