AI teammates that remember your business

Each MatesBot teammate has one continuous conversation and its own memory, so you explain things once. Standing rules apply on every task, long-term memory holds facts it saves and recalls, and shared memory containers give the whole company, a department, or a project the same knowledge.

Memory comes in layers. Standing rules are instructions the teammate follows every time, such as "Always reply in British English" or "Never send invoices on Fridays". Long-term memory holds facts it can save, recall, and forget. Memory containers hold company, department, or project knowledge that you share with specific teammates or with all of them.

Teammates also keep task lessons: saved how-tos for work they have done before, which you can rate so the next run is better. And an open-work list holds to-dos with due dates that wake the teammate when an item is due.

Memory can be downloaded as Markdown, and you can export a teammate's profile, memory, routines, files, and history.

How it works

  1. 1

    Company memory fills during setup

The Owner Bot reads your website into company-wide memory that every teammate can use, including ones you add later.

  2. 2

    Departments get their own memory

Sales knowledge stays with Sales, finance knowledge with Finance, unless you share it.

  3. 3

    Add standing rules

Tell a teammate the rules it must follow on every task.

  4. 4

    It learns as it works

It saves facts and task lessons, and you rate the lessons.

Example tasks

  • Remember your price list and use it in every sales draft.
  • Follow a standing rule to copy the account manager on client email.
  • Recall last month's supplier issue when the same supplier emails again.
  • Share a project memory with three teammates working on one launch.
  • Save a how-to for the monthly report so next month takes fewer steps.

What stays in your control

  • Choose which teammates can use each memory container.
  • Forgetting memory always asks you first.
  • Download memory as Markdown at any time.
  • Spaces keep memory fully separate between teams or clients.
